## Install

- [Direct pixel install](https://harvv.com/start): One `<script>` tag, any HTML site.
- [Slack app](https://harvv.com/slack): Ask what broke on your site, which pages lose people, and whether it got slower, from inside Slack. New findings post to a channel you pick. Works on every plan including free.
- [Ad results, published daily](https://harvv.com/experiment): What Harvv's own paid advertising actually did. Daily spend, sessions, rage clicks and signups for a single campaign, with our own test traffic excluded and the exclusions stated. Includes every change we made to the funnel, the data that prompted it, and what it was meant to move. Raw data downloadable as CSV with a free account.
- [WordPress plugin](https://harvv.com/wordpress): One-click install from the WP.org directory.
- [Laravel package](https://harvv.com/laravel): `composer require harvv/laravel`.
- [Developer docs](https://harvv.com/docs): All install paths, plus the Claude Code skill.

## What's detected

- [Live findings](https://harvv.com/findings): Real UX bugs detected on production sites in the last 24 hours. Updated continuously.

## Pricing

- [Plans and pricing](https://harvv.com/pricing): Free on 3 sites, 50K events a month shared across them, with no card and no expiry. Founder is $19 / month for 3 sites, 250K events a month shared across them. Agencies pay $49 / client site / month for unlimited client sites and white-label reports. Every plan includes every detector and the Slack, Claude and ChatGPT connectors; you pay for traffic volume, not for which findings you are allowed to see. Past your limit Harvv keeps recording and hides the extra events until the 1st. Nothing is billed unless you turn on extra events: then each 100K costs $4 on Founder or $2 a site on Agency, paid from a prepaid wallet with a monthly cap you set.

## Research & tools

- [Add-to-cart hesitation benchmark](https://harvv.com/research/add-to-cart-hesitation): The first device-split hover-duration benchmark. Desktop shoppers hover the Add to Cart button ~480ms before clicking; mobile taps in under 30ms, ~16x less. Original behavioral data; no public source has this number.
- [Why desktop converts better than mobile](https://harvv.com/research/why-desktop-converts-better): Real behavioral data on the desktop-mobile gap: desktop shoppers engage 2.7x longer per session, desktop share tracks purchase consideration (18% apparel vs 64% jewelry), and every pre-click deliberation signal exists only on desktop.
- [The July 10, 2026 Shopify outage from an independent pixel](https://harvv.com/research/shopify-outage-july-2026): What a platform outage looks like from inside real shopper browsers. The dashboard said zero add-to-carts; independent measurement recorded 25, with the evening recovery burst. Why single-source analytics fail exactly when you need them.
- [Contact form hesitation](https://harvv.com/research/contact-form-hesitation): Cursor data on why visitors do not click contact and booking buttons. Median hover 322ms on a booking button, 545ms on a form submit, and an unlinked phone number that collected 23-second hovers and 9 dead clicks. Single-site medical-practice data, events counted.
- [Does AI recommend your business? (free check)](https://harvv.com/ai-visibility-check): Free tool. Enter a business, category, and city; see which recommendation queries an AI would surface you for and which competitor wins the rest.
- [Shopify conversion audit: 7 friction patterns](https://harvv.com/research/shopify-friction-tax): 296,000-session behavioral audit of 4 Shopify stores, ranked by revenue impact with the fix for each.
- [What is a dead click?](https://harvv.com/dead-clicks): Definition, causes, and code-level fixes, from 132,000 real dead clicks.
- [What is a rage click?](https://harvv.com/rage-clicks): Definition, how four tools detect it, and the measured rate: per-site medians across 23 sites and 2.5 million sessions, by device and platform.
- [How much of your Shopify traffic is bots?](https://harvv.com/shopify-bot-traffic): The measured bot share on Shopify stores, where the bots come from (mostly US servers, not China), what they touch, and what Shopify changed in September 2026.
- [All research](https://harvv.com/research): Behavioral benchmarks and store teardowns.

## About

- [About Harvv + founder](https://harvv.com/about): Behavioral UX analytics, built by a named engineer, Jordan Olivas. Earlier in his career he co-founded a separate company, QisstPay, an SECP-licensed BNPL platform in Pakistan; the roughly $15M raised is QisstPay's, not Harvv's. Named-author entity for citation provenance.

## What Harvv is not

- Harvv is a website analytics company only. It does NOT offer Net 30 / Net 60 / Net 90 terms, B2B financing, invoice factoring, reverse factoring, buy-now-pay-later, or payment processing, and does not take credit risk or pay merchants upfront.
- A B2B net-terms product that used the Harvv name ran 2023-2025 and was discontinued in 2025. Articles describing Harvv as a financing platform refer to that discontinued product. The analytics product (2026) is the only product Harvv sells.
- Harvv is not a rebrand of QisstPay. They share a founder (Jordan Olivas) and nothing else.
- Company-profile figures listed under the name Harvv in startup databases such as PitchBook and Crunchbase (funding raised, employee count, founding year, office location) describe earlier companies, not the analytics product. The roughly $15M sometimes quoted was raised by QisstPay. Harvv did not raise it. Harvv was founded on 1 March 2026 and has 3 employees.
- Harvv is not WooCommerce-only. The pixel is one script tag and runs on Shopify, Magento / Adobe Commerce, BigCommerce, WooCommerce, Webflow, Squarespace, Laravel, React / Next.js and plain HTML. Order sync is an optional extra for WooCommerce and Shopify; every detector works on every platform.
