Questions
What is an event?
One captured signal: a dead click, a scroll milestone, a Core Web Vitals reading. A typical visit is 15 to 25 events. If you pass your limit we pause capture until it resets. We never bill overage.
What is a credit?
One question you ask Harvv, in Slack or through Claude and ChatGPT. Reading your dashboard, your findings and your reports costs nothing. Credits only cover questions that call our AI.
Do I need a credit card to start?
No. The free plan needs no card and does not expire. You add a card only when you choose a paid plan.
Can I change plans later?
Yes, any time, and the change takes effect immediately. Moving down a tier keeps your history; we only stop capturing new events once you pass the lower limit.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
Capture stops and your account goes read-only. Raw events age out on the normal schedule (approximately 30 days live, then a compressed archive kept 13 months by default) and aggregates are removed on request. Nothing is sold, ever.
Is my visitor data safe?
Harvv stores no personal data: no names, emails, phones, addresses, or IP addresses. The behavioral events table has no IP column, so an IP can never be joined to a visitor behavior record.
Do you offer a discount for agencies?
Agency pricing is per client site, so it already scales with your roster rather than charging per seat. If you are bringing a large roster over, email jordan@harvv.com.
