One captured signal: a dead click, a scroll milestone, a Core Web Vitals reading. A typical visit is 15 to 25 events. Past your limit Harvv keeps recording and hides the extra events until the 1st. Nothing is billed unless you turn on extra events: then each 100K costs $4 on Founder or $2 a site on Agency, paid from a prepaid wallet with a monthly cap you set.

On Free and Founder, no: your sites share one monthly allowance (Free: 50K events a month shared across 3 sites; Founder: 250K events a month shared across 3 sites). On Agency, each client site has its own 1 million a month.

One Credit is one question you ask Harvv in the dashboard chat or in Slack. When your own AI assistant (Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor) pulls your data through the Harvv connector, each data call costs a tenth of a Credit. Reading your dashboard, your findings and your reports costs nothing. Need more? Packs are 100 for $10, 500 for $40, 1,500 for $99, and bought Credits never expire.

No. The free plan needs no card and does not expire. You add a card only when you choose a paid plan.

Yes, any time, and the change takes effect immediately. Moving down a tier keeps your history; we only stop capturing new events once you pass the lower limit.

Capture stops and your account goes read-only. Raw events age out on the normal schedule (approximately 30 days live, then a compressed archive kept 13 months by default) and aggregates are removed on request. Nothing is sold, ever.

Harvv stores no personal data: no names, emails, phones, addresses, or IP addresses. The behavioral events table has no IP column, so an IP can never be joined to a visitor behavior record.
