About Harvv's use of the Meta Marketing API
Harvv runs paid advertising on Facebook and Instagram. To manage those campaigns programmatically, we maintain a Meta-registered application (the "Harvv app") that uses Meta's Marketing API.
The Harvv app does not collect, store, or process any data about Facebook or Instagram users. Its sole purpose is to read and update Harvv's own advertising assets — campaigns, ad sets, ads, and creative — inside Harvv's Business Manager account. No Facebook Login flow exists on harvv.com; the Harvv app never sees a Facebook user's profile, friends list, posts, messages, photos, or any other personal information.
Because the Harvv app does not store Meta user data, there is no Meta-specific user record to delete. If, despite this, you believe Harvv holds personal information about you that originated from Meta and you would like it deleted:
- Email jordan@harvv.com from the email address you wish to verify against.
- Briefly describe the data you want deleted (e.g. "any record of my Facebook ad clicks").
- We will respond within 7 business days and complete any verified deletion within 30 days.
Behavioral pixel data on a customer's site
Harvv's behavioral analytics pixel runs on websites that have installed it. The pixel does not capture personal information by design (no names, emails, IPs, form values, keystrokes, or page content) — see Section 1.3 of our Privacy Policy for the full list. If you visited a website that uses Harvv and want any data tied to your visits removed, contact the operator of that website (they are the data controller; Harvv is the data processor on their behalf). The website operator can request bulk deletion on your behalf by emailing jordan@harvv.com.
